Rally Against School Layoffs!

Today, Tuesday, March 26th, SDEA and CSEA will be holding an action to STOP SCHOOL LAYOFFS at the SDUSD Education Center, 4100 Normal St., from 4:15 pm to 5:30 pm!
Educators are more than just a number; we will be on the picket line with our union educators to strongly oppose the San Diego Unified School District’s (SDUSD) plan to lay off teachers. Educators have already received layoff notices, while the district budget shows millions of dollars in reserves, less than anticipated spending on salaries, and bloated budgets for books and supplies.
Join us today March 26th in solidarity as one voice against the education layoffs!
